hotspots.csv and uplinks.csv issues #149

Hello,

There are some issues in the daily hotspots.csv and uplinks.csv lists located here: https://docs.helium.com/use-the-network/coverage-mapping/mappers-data/

Take for example lists retrieved for 02/07/2021

hotspots.csv has over 200K records with lat=0 and long=0

uplinks.csv has schema issues with header not matching the number of columns of the data
