update maker files to include availability about their maker app

now that Makers are releasing their apps on app stores, we should start informing our users onboarding new Hotspots of the change.

In the maker files, add a new field to indicate if they have a new maker app and what the app store links are.

if makerApp = true, then in the onboarding flow, direct new Bobcat onboards to use the new app.

"{maker} Hotspots can now be onboarded using the {makerAppName}" "Download Now" "Cancel" "Visit App Store"

Cancel will bring them back to the list of Hotspots to select from. Visit App store will take them to the appropriate app store listing.
