Hello. I have a big issue with my helium account. I have sign out and sign back in but after that everything has disappeared, my 7.3hnt and my bobcat miner. My account is empty………..completely empty. I used 100% correct 12 worlds keys, because once account was created a few weeks ago i did took a screenshots of every single one. Besides before assigning a bobcat miner onto it, I did sign out and sign back in, just to be sure and did a screenshot of my worlds. I also noticed my wallet address completely change., how come??????? Please see photo attached.

My original wallet number: 13PEQhzHBbi34V7buoz86gqJUDA8LjKwkC7U4GnpAN9r4pLc2cU My existing one, after re-sign in: 13QC9MVGrdxnBcLsmcW8TBkL969UdWnNrzpHcRwnvrbyGa4PW4f

P.S. Since last Saturday my miner stopped working after upgrading elevation gain and antenna dbi. No activity at all. Do this two things are connected?

Help me please!!!!!! ! image

if your wallet address has changed, it means you entered the wrong 12 words and it is not an app bug. each set of 12 words corresponds to 1 unique wallet address.

Double check that 1) you entered the correct words, without any spelling errors. 2) make sure its in the correct order. to double check that you've spelled the words correctly, you can get the bip39 wordlist that we use: https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt

once you re-enter the correct 12 words in the correct order, you will see your HNT and miner again.

Hi,

  1. You can not misspell, because app want let you on iOS, just tried it.
  2. Words are 100% in correct order , same as on the screenshots including number&word.

No option for mistakes......

Please need a support in terms of that.

I understand your frustration, but there is absolutely 0% chance that this is an issue with the app. If the words are correct, you'll be let into your account with your Hotspot. The fact that it generated a different wallet address indicates that you entered the words incorrectly.
