Helium Hotspot app is frozen #1298

Describe the bug When I login to the app , I can’t even click settings . Everything is frozen .

**

  1. Open the app
  2. Sometimes successfuly logged in and sometimes frozen .
  3. I can’t reach to my wallet , settings, map, etc… 4

I contacted the bobcat 300 customer support and sent 2 emails . They said the miner is working perfect and your problem with the app , so you need to contact them .

is this still a problem? you should be using the bobber app instead, to manage your hotspot.

Yes , it is still a problem. Bobber app doesn’t allow you to see the map and witness others .

Yes , it is still a problem. Bobber app doesn’t allow you to see the map and witness others .
