Transfer Hotspot not working supposedly due to no activity #1308

Describe the bug I'm trying to transfer a working hotspot with recent activity seen on the explorer (attached screenshot). The app is blocking moving forward due to errror "Hotspot has not participated in proof-of-coverage in the last 1200 blocks. Unable to proceed with transfer". Also attached is the screenshot, showing activity until 6hours ago. According to this link (https://docs.helium.com/wallets/app-wallet/transfer-hotspot/) the hotspot should have witnessed another hotspot or beaconed in the last 20 hours.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to recent hotspots
  2. Click on Jovial Coral Tarantula hostpost
  3. type the name again
  4. enter buyer address (using valid hnt wallet qr).
  5. App disables the "transferr hotspot" button due to the error stated above.

Expected behavior Button should be enabled and the transfer should go through.

The fix is in 4.1.0. Please update your Android app version.
