Finish wallet app migration work #1366

Finishes the work for the wallet app migration. The following features are implemented:

  1. Migration sentinel screen
  2. Maker app onboarding deep links to ios/google app stores (currently not forced)
  3. Deep link to wallet app for transfer hotspot & update location/details
