Hotspot Transfer FreedomFi Gateway/Helium App

Every time I go to transfer the hotspot, which is a FreedomFi, to the buyer the pending transaction shows up and then disappears and the value is not reflected on the balance and there is no more transaction pending or final. I've tried uninstalling the app, signing in and signing out, now the uninstalling when I reinstalled and I went through with the transfer it showed up momentarily and then disappeared. The first time it failed and registered in notifications a failed transaction transfer_hotspot_v2transaction for reason invalid gateway owner can not pay fee. But I have .466 HNT as a balance. How long does it take to verify the transactions to be able to transfer and pay the fee? A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Helium app
2. Click on FIT IRIS PORPOISE
3. Click settings
4. Transfer hotspot
5. Type hotspot name
6. Paste buyers address "148iZiwxBhkX5kqtzCV2grFiy3uDyy6zdCm4zR2bvRyTtrjnpyB" Green check mark
7. Click transfer hotspot fee text not in red
8. Loading screen green check mark
9. All activity page no transfer shown
10. Wait hours and keep trying
11. Get green check mark
12. No transfer

Expected behavior When I go to transfer the hotspot it signals it's good to go doesn't reflect balance or transaction exists or it does show up then disappears again.

Additional context I have a balance of .16 HNT while the transfer fee price fluctuates around .14 HNT and I deposited HNT with in the last 3 hours.
