Updates to examples, adding device specific READMEs #3

Changes: Top level README.md: now refers to board specific README.md rather than just linking directly to the example directory containing the code

Each board directory has it's own README, this is where device specific info can go For example: The ST Board requires little endian for a couple of config parameters, that is noted in the device specific README : The WisBlock requires additional tweaking of the PlatformIO install files, that is noted in the device specific README

Added WisBlock sample code
