Initial ui and styling #29

This gets things working on desktop and mobile. I'd like to follow this PR with the welcome modal, at which point I think we can ship the initial release.

Things to check:

Desktop & mobile with permutations of legend and hex stats shown
Desktop & mobile with a long list of uplinks
