Ability to view all mapped hexes for a hotspot.

There are still some outstanding questions around how this will work.

• how should users access this view?
• should hotspots link out to explorer?

For purpose of discussion, a rough mock of what a hotspot view could look like:

To access the view, is it possible to make the hotspots listed in the 'Hex Statistics' overlay clickable? In terms of the mock up view, it needs to be a clear distinction which hex are hotspot covered and which are the greater coverage map, this would be helped greatly if the hotspot coverage could be shown at a higher RES.
