add HeliumGeek to the provider list

The intended experience will be as below:

If the user has HeliumGeek mobile application installed, he'll have the app launched with the hotspot screen directly.
If the user does not have the HeliumGeek app installed, he'll land on web with the small landing page showing the beacon/witness/unselected gap blocks for the hotspot, with a link to the AppStore / GooglePlay for the download.

Important: For this to work properly, the Wallet application should be triggering the URL in a way to make the Operating System to launch the deeplink / universal links (to be able to trigger HeliumGeek mobile apps). We would not want to have the web landing page to be launched when the HeliumGeek app is installed. We believe this is already the way the provider links are being launched.

@riobah can you also increment the version number. That way users will be re-prompted to pick their preferred provider.

The SVG also needs to be updated to play nice with the repo. Currently its erroring out when I try to run it locally.

Updated the SVG, but I guess I made a mistake sending this PR, as our initial intend was to integrate with the wallet app only, not the explorer. We're not providing a full blown web interface.
