This is a first attempt at a Mobile End-to-End test.
This test is based on a docker compose file. See test_mobile/README.md for more info. All the data is provided but can also be regenerated via the test-mobile CLI. A few code modifications around timestamps had to be made to allow ingestion and verification of data (heartbeats, speed tests).
TODO / Future PR: Make it run faster and test more than just a single hotspot reward.
