No hotspot in wallet #261

No hotspot in the Helium wallet at Collectebles. What can be wrong? Miner works properly.

This should be fixed on version 2.0.7. If the app still shows no hotspots, please try going into settings and click migrate wallet

Hello Luis,

Yes, surely I installed new version 2.0.7., I also migrated wallet => message shown: YouÂŽhe successfully migrated your tokens! But in collectables there is still no hotspot. I also tried again in the Bobber app unling Helium wallet and link again, but still no change. Hotspot is still not visible in the wallet.

Your wallet address may help to have here as well, though if you don't want to dox yourself I understand.

Is there any chance to fix it? Hard miner reset or Upload new firmware into the miner or something like this?

There is not, unfortunately. Because it's crypto, transfers are permanent. This could be related to https://github.com/helium/wallet-app/issues/360

Where did you get that address? Can you ask them to transfer it back to you?

This happened when HTN switched to SOL network. In my wallet appeared NFT which later Helium development team announced as scam NFT.

I didn't know that I clicked on it and since that time my miner disappeared. I think my miner was stolen to that address you mentioned.

There was a bug in the Hellium wallet, but who cares.

So I turned my miner off and apparently no chance to fix it
