[bug]: Android QR support incomplete #16

Generating a QR code for a payment (recipient, amount, memo) works in iOS, but on Android only the recipient comes through, leaving amount/memo blank. This has been tested with multiple QR formats (send, multisend) as well as with QR generated from code specifically suggested by someone from the Helium team. We can confirm that iOS works flawlessly but have had no success on Android.

Tested on testnet, presumed to affect both networks.
