Add SDK prerequisites #2

It makes sense to suggest using a local proxy for testing localhost applications, especially since pretty much all SDK consumers will need it at all times.

Took inspiration from here: https://github.com/solana-mobile/mobile-wallet-adapter/tree/main/examples/example-web-app#prerequisites
