Description

Kton 的max自动输入的时候不应该减去手续费的数量。并且当数量不足的时候不应该显示负数。

How to reproduce this issue

账户少量kton，选择Darwinia>>Ethereum，选择Kton，点击Max

Actual behavior

显示负数

Expected behavior

正常显示账户余额为Max数量
