WIP: ~this is in conjunction with https://github.com/helix-onchain/ref-fvm/pull/1~ this is supported by changes from https://github.com/helix-onchain/ref-fvm/pull/2

[x] allow AMT traversal to be interrupted once a certain number of blocks have been expanded
[x] allow AMT traversal to be resumed from a particular path
[ ] benchmark gas savings and tune the default pagination

Coverage: 82.953% (-0.1%) from 83.081% when pulling 1d7845f47dfd7a33a2e4a356d3993e705535eaf0 on amt/experimental into 1dee6690479348bb406bd20063cc3b9be2c4581e on main.

Updated API to specify a start_index and end_index rather than track number of nodes expanded.
