Adverbial καί #18

At what point do we reveal the existence of adverbial καί ? I find this often troubles even intermediate and advanced students.

I think we have to do it as soon as we introduce καί the conjunction. Does Lysias 1 use it adverbially?

I'm assigning myself the task of finding adverbial καί in Lysias. I want to say he surely does use it, but will not reply without concrete examples.
