Hello.

This makes stapler Python 3 compatible while keeping compatibility with Python 2.7, adds more tests and tox configuration.

Any news on this? Please be aware Fedora is going to remove any python2 stack with the next major release incl. the dedicated pdf-stapler package, if there's no python3 possible.
