I don't know if Scheme is the best section for this. Seems a bit more general. Let me know if you want me to merge it somewhere else.

Hey @FiV0, thanks for contributing!

I definitely think that this talk is more general than Scheme. Historically “On Languages” has been a little bit of a catch-all and hasn’t quite lived up to my curation ambitions, but I do think that it fits there in spirit. What do you think?
