zcbor_new_decode_state() parameter list changed in NCS v2.7.0 #11

Need to update all sample that is using this function.

That would be only Bluetooth: Central SMP Client DFU. However, I plan to change this for a sample that uses the MCUMGR Client instead, if possible. Making new SMP Client samples would fix this issue as well.
