Stratagems: Missing newly introduced entries #30

Describe the bug

We have yet to add the stratagem data for the Quasar Cannon and the Heavy Machine Gun stratagems that have been introduced some days ago.

Expected behavior

The stratagem data should be updated with the new entries.

Compiled the new data for the stratagems, will add it to the file as soon as possible, this task is pending for the moment:
