Flexview primary key 'mview$pk' missing during complete refresh

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Drop all flexviews mview tables
2. Execute a series of flexviews.enable to enable complete refresh tables. Here 
you will have 'mview$pk' for reach table
3. Execute a series of flexviews.refresh, after the refresh 'mview$pk' will be 
gone

What is the expected output?
'mview$pk' should be seen on every table after doing a complete refresh

What do you see instead?
'mview$pk' gone

What version of the product are you using?
rev 245

On what operating system?
Cent OS 5.6

Please provide any additional information below.
After the 'mview$pk' is gone , doing a refresh would not bring it back unless 
you drop the tables and reenable it
