"replay" button fails if overlay/click for video ad used with Flowplayer 3.1.1 #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the Flowplayer RTMP plugin with Flowplayer 3.1.1
2. Configure an overlay zone with a click to show video ad
3. Click the zone, play the video ad
4. The replay button at the end of the stream no longer works

Need to replace the "popup" playlist mechanism with the Flowplayer 3.1.1 
instream API
