Add "Facts" (aka trivia), but also leave "Notes" as internal #43

Notes should turn into internal notes, just for anything we may forget or need to reference. Maybe move it to the bottom of admin to be out of the way?

Facts will be like trivia, multiple individual facts should be addable to any page via the admin. They should display one at a time (randomized on refresh?) on the related page.

Notes are still showing on pages instead of facts. Also, the randomization? Though now I'm thinking we're going to have to provide a non-randomized way of viewing facts so people don't get frustrated trying to find a specific one...
