Add "promotion" to news categories #85

Didn't have a place to put news about billboards and stuff.. "Release" didn't seem right, and doesn't seem miscellaneous enough for "Other".

called it "Promo" cuz.. i dunno, "promo" and "promotion" seem to make me think of slightly different things lol.
