Feature/urdf mass #110

This PR adds accurate data to the Stretch 2 URDFs. It uses the approach described in this forum post:

https://forum.hello-robot.com/t/urdf-mass-parameters/789

It applies to all of the Stretch 2, DexWrist, and Stretch Gripper related xacros. It does not include the docking station and teleop kit.
