Automatic docking for Stretch #84

This PR creates a node called dock_robot which will automatically dock Stretch into a docking station.

Hi @hello-binit . We ordered a docking station with our Stretch : re2 https://docs.hello-robot.com/0.2/stretch-tool-share/tool_share/stretch_docking_station/ . We would be very interested to test the auto-docking capabilities of the robot. Is there any code ready to be tested ? When do you plan to merge this PR ?
