Launch file to display description w/fake state #85

This PR adds a launch file called display.launch, which allows for visualizing Stretch's XACROs in Rviz. This can be helpful when prototyping description assets for a new end effector or tool. The command to use this launch file is:

roslaunch stretch_description display.launch

joint_state_pub_gui

This launch file visualizes the uncalibrated URDF of Stretch. Stretch Calibration contains instructions on how to generate a calibrated version of Stretch's URDF.
