Port Stretch Moveit Config to ROS 2 #8

Three of the issues in the review above came from not having the ros2_controller package not present in the ROS2 workspace. Use stretch_moveit_config.repos to clone all of the necessary package to your workspace. Then, use:

$ vcs import < stretch_moveit_config.repos
