Feature/base imu urdf #95

Hi, this PR is about the TF frames matching the imu_mobile_base topic, I just included the xacro file in the stretch_description.xacro, the stretch_description_dex.xacro and stretch_description_standard.xacro, these files were only available in the stretch_description urdf directory but not inside the batches, so I add them in every batch directory as well.
