Updating Reactor X Wrist Parameters #14

This PR updates python/stretch_tool_share/reactorx_wrist_v1/params.py with the correct baud rate, as well as new values for the 'range_t' and 'zero_t' parameters for each joint. Since the range of motion and zero position values do not necessarily match the convention of other tools in Stretch Tool Share, we provide some visualizations of the range/zero for each joint at the end of tool_share/reactorx_wrist_V1/README.md. We also provide some instructions to users who may want to customize the params.py file themselves for their own applications.

Hi @kpputhuveetil, thank you for the PR! It has been merged in. For the new baud/range parameters to be available by default, I will need to put out a new release to PyPi for this package. I will do this when we've returned from IROS/ROSCon 2022 in a few weeks.
