Update pitch 'stall_max_effort' param default from 10.0 to 20.0 #15

Solves the issue of pitch joint slowly dropping with ~1lb weight; tested for 30 min at high load and could not overheat servo.

The pitch joint in now supported in Stretch Body. If this is still an issue, please feel free to open a new Github issue in the Stretch Body repository.
