wrist_pitch and wrist_roll missing the runstop line like in wrist_yaw.

This has been fixed in the latest release (see commit https://github.com/hello-robot/stretch_tool_share/commit/e094766be3e02f3d4a4867ad43cfa3e7216e74b1).
