ROS update tool requires an option to Update and revuild with latest calibration #15

Currently, the command stretch_urdf_ros_update.py --ros2_rebuild only rebuilds the stretch_description package. For better use, it would be appropriate to have the option to update with the latest calibration exclusively that will run the scripts to update with recent calibration, then rebuild stretch_description and the stretch_core package to update the new calibrated head controller config file.
