Package Install copies only the RE2 files and ignores RE1 and SE3 #3

The package data is only set to copy RE2 files, and misses RE1 and SE3 files.

This issue is fixed with this commit https://github.com/hello-robot/stretch_urdf/commit/b85a45b44506c0e0209f9cdce5031316c43cd61c
