Add D435i files and remove realsense_description ros pkg dependency #5

This PR adds all the D435i URDFs/meshes and removes the realsense_description ros package requirements that is referenced in the Xacro files. Makes this package to generate urdf fully stand alone without depending on realsense_description ros package for the source files.
