Camera pan position not fully reaching movement goal? #113

Head pan joint appears not to fully complete its commanded movement when calling 'look forward' or 'look down' - position it ends up in is different depending on whether it rotates from the left or from the right, which is very noticeable as it can cause the camera not to point fully in the direction of travel
