Autonomous Behaviors are not Cancelled by Joint Movement #65

Desired behavior: Execution of any autonomous behaviors (click-to-pregrasp and autonomous navigation) should be cancelled when whenever attempts to tele-operate the Stretch.

Current behavior: Autonomous behaviors are only cancelled when the base is moved but not when the arm, wrist, gripper, and camera move.
