You should but cannot be forced to, delete this repository. However, I won't be happy and consequences may happen if all repositories that are and related to the Catalyst project. Delete it, please.

I make PRs in my own repository. Allows you to test experimental things without impacting things like forks.

you still have to merge it to test it anyway... also literally just test it locally before running git push

Others can see your changes too. It's why Git exists.
