This is worth evaluating, as stop/snooze are much easier than before.
More importantly, the bug that allowed us to choose a net with poor stop & snooze accuracy was fixed as well.
This is not going to fix the alarm ringing not working with stop and snooze, that requires tuning the echo canceller (if it works at all)

Oh right, and this was actually tested on my Sense.
