currently set at every 4 hours, synchronizes a codec reset by disabling voice control and playback to prevent i2c errors.
added a bonus 0 stream for debugging

@pims playback with no sound yet no error was detected.

running stress test (reset every 10s) overnight to detect issues.

@zer0page perfect. That's something I’ve experienced and was dumbfounded as to what was happening.
