Invalid sleep scores / timelines should be identified prior to processing timeline events.

Moved no motion during sleep check to timeline safeguards. (Sufficient sleep duration already checked during in timeline safeguards.)
updated proto

Left invalid sleep score check in the event of unidentified error type, but all errors should have been removed prior to this point.
