UG doesn't mention at all the constraints of majors, specialisations #19

This bug leads to the program freezing, which is a different functionality bug since the error was not caught.

Reason for disagreement: I'm confused as to why not mentioning the constraints in UG is a functionality bug. Constraint not mentioned in UG -> Documentation Bug No error thrown when constraint violated in the program -> Functionality bug I think these 2 are separate.
