Get Info does not show thumbnails generated by a thumbnailer (/usr/local/share/thumbnailers/...).

Upstream PCManFM 1.0.0 suffers from this, too:

Upstream doesn't want to change it. We need to do it ourselves.

At least for .AppImage and .appimage.
