My PC: https://bsd-hardware.info/?probe=de98cd5952

Thanks.

I'm sorry, I think this is not a initgfx issue. I tried without initgfx:

sysrc initgfx_enable=NO
rm /usr/local/etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-video-initgfx.conf
rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf
sysrc kld_list+=/boot/modules/i915kms.ko

I also installed fresh drm-kmod package

drm-fbsd12.0-kmod: 4.16.g20200221
drm-kmod: g20190710
gpu-firmware-kmod: g20200920

At reboot, graphics does not works.

Following is my /var/log/Xorg.0.log from NomadBSD after a successfull boot

Also graphics works if I install FreeBSD manually.

How I can help you to help me? I don't see where I'm wrong.

reinboldg commented 3 years ago

Juste reinstalled the system with this release:

cat /.url
https://github.com/helloSystem/ISO/commit/d8764a2

Now the graphics works fine.

Any idea why??

Not sure, possibly due to the changes in settings/packages.common-12.

Thanks for retesting with the latest experimental build; so should be working in the next release, 0.5.0.
