localize does not seem to run anymore duing boot #209

The localize script does not seem to run anymore duing boot. Neither live nor installed. Unless running it manually. Why?

Yes, I can verify that this solevd it. Thank you so much @linuxkettle this really frustrated me a lot, so glad you were able to find a solution. :+1: One showstopper less for the helloSystem release.
