Disable the title number on the notification window #240

In the notification window, such as error notification, warning notification, inquiry notification, etc. ( including the display progress window), The title number on this window is useless and easily takes up space for text on the window.

This is a duplicate of https://github.com/helloSystem/ISO/issues/232. And it would probably best be filed with KWin since it seems to be coming from it.
