how to put the dock you had in version 0.7.0 in the new version 0.8.0

We are retiring the Dock. We now have a System 7 like applications icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The Dock is no longer actively developed, but you can manually start it from /System by double-clicking, or programmatically with launch Dock.
