Use "/usr/local/var/localize/include" Change the language and then back to the previous language after restarting #545

Originally installed in English, and then Use "/usr/local/var/localize/include" to change the language, the language changed when logging out (zh_TW), but after restarting it changed back to the language before the change (en_US). The file will also return to the way it was before the change(en_US) Build 0I44 Installed
